Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
At this time we will not accept refunds or exchanges, unless your order is missing items or has a defect.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 days for us to pack and ship your order. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been submitted to the postal service. After that, delivery times will depend on the final destination of the parcel. Orders to the US & Canada should expect 1-2 weeks delivery time or sometimes more if the parcel is stuck in customs. Please allow extra time for international orders to arrive.
My order is missing an item, my purchase has a broken piece etc.

I made two orders by accident. Can I combine them to save on shipping?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your orders have not been packed yet, it would be our pleasure to combine them, and then refund the excess shipping cost.
My order still has not come. What can I do?
If your order has a tracking number, please check with your local post office. You can also contact us to check on the status of your order. If you chose an untracked shipping option, unfortunately I will not be able to replace your order.
I used the wrong address when submitting my order.
Please email us immediately so we can correct your order. If it has already been sent out, we will advise you to contact the postal service with your tracking number to make new delivery arrangements for your order.
